Many of you may have seen this popular movie on TV, Netflix, etc.  The movie is set in Virginia in 1971, a turbulent time of school desegregation.  The actual high school depicted in the movie is T.C. Williams High School.  If you haven’t seen the entire movie, you might find it a nice diversion.  In addition to the great plot, it is considered by those teaching leadership and organizational theory and behavior to be a classic teaching tool.
